Delivery estimates are provided in business days and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, supplier processing, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be imported into their country. Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees may apply depending on your location. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout.

Renessance Products is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges required by your country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Renessance Products is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier or fulfillment partner. If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for tracking updates.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number so we can review the situation and assist with next steps.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages, especially if items come from different suppliers or fulfillment locations. You may receive separate tracking details for each package when available.
