Return and Refund Policy

At Renessance Products, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every order. If your item is eligible for return, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when possible. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or altered packaging may not qualify for a return.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on eligible returns.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Final sale items will be clearly noted on the product page, at checkout, or in the product description when applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and make it right.

Refunds and Store Credit
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation, product type, and return reason.

If a refund is issued to your original payment method, please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process it. Store credit, when offered, may be used toward a future purchase at Renessance Products.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, size, or replacement, contact us so we can review the best available option. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, customers may use our self serve return option through their order confirmation, customer account, or return portal when available.

Customers may also contact us directly with their order number, the item they would like to return, and the reason for the return. Once the request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps if the item is eligible.
